Go outside. Walk into air. Breathe. Stand before tree. Place hand on bark. Hug trunk. Close eyes. Feel connection.
Trees are witnesses. They have stood through centuries. They remember storms, suns, seasons. They are older than dogma, older than empire. They breathe with Gaia.
When you hug tree, spark calms. When you connect, balance returns. Stress dissolves. Fear quiets. Because Gaia heals.
Primitive human thinks healing comes only from medicine, ritual, or prayer. But healing begins with nature. Gaia gives it freely.

Truth and love are not theories. They are practice. Harm adds weight. Hate adds chains. Love lightens. Compassion frees. Truth balances.
